HOW IT WORKS

Compression Therapy uses dynamic air compression to boost circulation, flush out fluid and metabolic waste, and help tired muscles recover faster.

You simply put on a pair of boots, arm sleeves, and/or hip attachments that inflate in a controlled, pulsing sequence.

This mimics the body's natural muscle pump, encouraging blood flow to the heart and helping heaviness and soreness that can build up after training, a long flight, or a week on your feet.

Pressure and intensity are adjustable, and you can target specific zones so the treatment focuses where you need it most.

In the treatment room, you'll also find:

  • Massage guns to enhance your recovery

  • Heated eye massage masks for relaxation

  • A Smart TV for your entertainment

No need to bring or prepare anything. Our compression equipment can be used fully clothed.

Pretty much any clothing is fine, but for maximum comfort, avoid thick denim, long skirts, and extremely baggy trousers.

The team will show you how to put the compression equipment on and choose the right pressure and settings for your needs.

Then we'll start the session and leave you to relax. If you want to change the pressure or make any adjustments, there's a button you can press to call for help. You can also use the controller to adjust settings yourself.
